I brought a caravan off Tom, it was a long distance sale. Tom explained the process, and kept us informed throughout the sale process. The caravan was as described (possibley even better than we expected)when we arrived. There was a slight problem on arrival with the caravan I traded in, but Tom and the team did everything possible to make sure the sale still went through and it wasn't a wasted 10hr roand trip. Great company to deal with from start to finish! Nice experience of leisurely looking round the caravans with no pressure, with friendly staff on hand to answer any questions. Nice quality caravans and a reassuring service of knowing your caravan is fully checked over and serviced before taking away. Tom was great with our sale, taking the time to answer any questions and offer the best possible service with great advice! It felt nice and relaxing making the whole experience a pleasure.
